Our body butters and whipped soaps contain nourishing plant butters that melt at high temps. For this reason, we ship all body butters in an insulated bag with an ice pack during the Summer.
Please be aware that while we try our best, some melting is possible during transit. Please do not leave packages in mailboxes or porches for extended periods of time.
If melting does occur, simply pop container into the fridge to reharden.
