5 Activities to Make Galentine’s Day Epic with Your Bestie

I’m gonna be honest with you, I don’t know an awful lot about Valentine’s Day. The love, the couples and the blah blah blah, it’s all foreign to me. However, I do know one thing that should be celebrated, and it’s a gals best friend, and no, I’m not talking about diamonds. I literally mean your best friend! Here’s a list of fun things and ideas for you to gather all your friends and do to celebrate Galentine’s Day!

1. Secret Cupid

We’re all familiar with the Christmas classic, Secret Santa, (and if you’re not, where have you been all these years, dude?) so why don’t you play it for Galentines? Same rules apply, pick the names from a bowl, no telling who has who and buy your person a gift. Exchange your gifts on February 14th and celebrate your besties with an awesome present, like Zoey Koko’s BFF and XOXO conversation heart bath bombs. I recommend playing in a group larger than 4 people, but anywhere more than 2 should work just fine!

2. Valentine’s Dress Up

Get your friends to dress up in classic Valentine’s Day colors! Pink, red, white, the works. Wear some bobbly, glittery hearts on your head, and do some crazy love heart makeup, I mean, what the heck, it’s only one day in a year, right? Grab some Zoey Koko Hearts in a Jar Glitter Gel and go to town, you could even do a fashion show! Craziest look wins!

3. Romantic Movie Marathon

Let us not forget what Valentine’s Day is all about, the celebration of love! Bundle up with your friends and a bunch of snacks and do a movie marathon. Put on a bunch of those reaaaaaally cheesy rom-coms that everyone goofs on but they secretly enjoy every second of it. May I suggest 13 Going on 30 or What a Girl Wants to start the movie marathon?!

4. Love Song Karaoke

Whether you’re a good singer, or you make people’s ears bleed, karaoke is just one of those things that everyone loves and hates at the same time. Blast some sappy love songs and sing your hearts out (come on, step up and put on Whitney Houston… someone’s gotta do it)

5. Would You Rather

Would you rather is honestly one of the most classic games to play with your friends. You could totally make it love themed, or you could just play a regular game at a Galentine’s sleepover! I know sometimes it can be hard to think of ideas, so here’s a couple of suggestions:

Would you rather be rich OR be famous?
Would you rather be a billionaire OR have the ability to teleport?
Would you rather listen to music OR watch movies?
Would you rather have no hair OR have too much hair?
Would you rather have 10 mediocre friends OR 1 best friend?
